You know how the paper can pile up when you’re doing your genealogy research. It’s so easy to print things out (without even recording the discoveries in a software program or paper family tree). If you don’t have a great filing system in which to put them away, you’re lost. And if you do have a great filing system but you don’t file things away at the end of the research session, what do you end up with? A mess. That can be unsightly. But even worse, it can mean you’re denying yourself access to your precious discoveries.
I can help you set up a filing system that works for your family history research. I’m a big believer that a paper-management system should be as complicated as it needs to be an not one bit more. You might like to use file folders. Or you might like binders. Or something else entirely. We can explore what has worked for you in the past and what might work for you in the future.
I can work with you in person, if you live in the St. Louis, Missouri, area or would like to pay for me to come to your home wherever you live. Or I can work with you virtually, via phone, email, or Skype. If you’re interested in exploring it more, contact me and let’s talk!
