It’s the last day of the month (and the quarter!) and this month’s 30 x 30 challenge ends today. Time to check in and let us know how it went.
For me, it wasn’t the greatest month for genealogy research. I did attend the Spring Seminar sponsored by the Midwest Genealogy Center. Gena Philibert-Ortega gave four terrific talks. So I got to log essentially seven hours of learning, which helped my average a lot. Otherwise, I researched a handful of days.
But I’m glad I did the challenge, because it meant that genealogy research didn’t fall off my radar. I’m working on a New Thing that isn’t genealogy related. But I promise to tell you about it soon, because it might interest you. I’ve been prioritizing that over genealogy research at the moment.
How about you? If you participated in the challenge, how did it go? Even if you didn’t meet the goal of 30 minutes of research for 30 days this month, was participating in the challenge helpful? Please let us know in the comments!
